And I know that when you’re feeling down, it’s really hard to see the light.

Small, actionable coaching sessions

With a young baby in your life, your time is limited, precious and unpredictable.

I get it. I’ve been there.

When you have a few minutes to yourself you have to decide whether to shower, sleep or eat.

That’s exactly why I’ve designed my coaching program in such a way that we can work together in whatever way suits you.

Whether it’s an hour at a time or broken into 15-minute sessions, we will make it work. Plus it’s easy to cancel or reschedule at the last minute.

I am humbled that you choose to spend some of your precious time with me, so I will make sure each session is packed with value.

During that first call, we’ll get a chance to get to know one another and I’ll ask you some questions to see how best I can help you.

  • Are you prepared to commit to change? If you keep doing what you’re doing, your situation won’t change and it might even get worse. You need to be prepared to make changes and build new habits.
  • Can we agree on a schedule that suits both of us? I specifically tailor my program to be as flexible as possible, because I know how unpredictable your life is as a new mom. But let’s make sure there’s an option that works for you.
